Hot Competition for MBT

After dominating the negative heel market for several years, MBT have finally got a competitor, with the introduction of the Chung Shi shoes range to the UK. Despite the name, The Chung Shi  are a German owned company, whereas MBT or Masai Barefoot Technology shoes are Swiss owned. Both are classed as EU class 1 medical products and both have won International Sports Organisation Awards (ISPO).

Designed and developed in Germany, Chung Shi shoes draw their inspiration from Chinese reflexology and stimulate nerve centres on the feet to improve well being whilst preventing pressure build ups which can lead to discomfort . They correct the posture to align the bones, muscles and ligaments naturally, and they guide the body through a new way of walking which is more beneficial to the health.however,Wearing MBT can reduce knees and hip joint stress, and spine by the impact. Trample on the sensor in Marseille and feet feeling soft swing games make walking safe and comfortable, and effective exercises the small muscles around the joint, by enhancing muscle strength, burn more fat.

So, which do you like to wear ?Personally, i prefer to wear MBT, as I feel that the shoe is better made and More and more fashionable, moreover  is backed by medical evidence.
